Ordering

Choose a destination and a plan, add it to the cart and check out with the email address the eSIM should go to. Signing in first keeps the eSIM in your account and earns points; you can also buy as a guest.

Delivery

eSIMs are delivered by email straight after payment. The confirmation has a QR code for each eSIM and the details to enter it by hand. There is no physical card and nothing is posted.

Finding your eSIM later

The confirmation email links to your order page. Signed-in customers also find every profile under My eSIMs, including ones bought as a guest with the same, confirmed email address.

Before you buy

Check that your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked; checkout asks you to confirm it. Install the eSIM over Wi-Fi before you travel and switch on data roaming for it when you land.
