Refundable
A profile marked refundable on its plan card can be refunded while it is still unused — that is, before it has connected to any network. Ask for it from the order page (Request a refund); we keep a 5% processing fee and pay the rest back to the original payment method.
Not refundable
Once a profile activates, the carrier has allocated the data and the plan cannot be returned. The same applies to plans not marked refundable, and to plans bought for a device that turns out to be carrier-locked — check the lock before you buy.
If something is wrong on our side
A profile that never provisions, or a destination where the carrier has no coverage at all, is refunded in full, with no fee, regardless of the plan’s refund flag. Send us the order number and what you saw.
