Payment and currency
Currency
Prices are set in US dollars and shown in the currency you pick at the top of the page, converted at the latest European Central Bank reference rate. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout, and the order keeps the rate it was charged at.
Discounts
Coupons, first-order prices and points come off before you pay, and the order confirmation shows the breakdown. One coupon applies per order.
Payment methods
The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days. The refund policy explains which eSIMs can be refunded.
